Work Permits
Middle School students looking to secure a work permit will need to go to the Mars Area High School Guidance Office (520 Route 228, Mars) from 7:15 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday through Thursday. Students, ages 14-18, will be issued one Work Permit. Those applying for a permit must complete and submit the following form:
The above form may be printed or obtained at the Mars Area High School Guidance Office. THE FORM MUST BE COMPLETED IN THE GUIDANCE OFFICE OR IN THE PRESENCE OF A CERTIFIED NOTARY. A valid birth certificate or passport is required to verify applicant's age.
Parents/guardians are encouraged to make a copy of the work permit, once it has been issued.
