Mars Area Middle School will hold a Planet Peace/Rachel’s Challenge, School Spirit & Student Government Kickoff assembly from 12:57 to 2:10 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 5.
Spirit Week theme days leading up to the kickoff will be:
- Monday, Oct. 1 — Crazy Socks with Mocs, Stocks & Crocs
- Tuesday, Oct. 2 — Favorite Team Jersey/Shirt
- Wednesday, Oct. 3 — USA Day
- Thursday, Oct. 4 — Tropical Day
- Friday, Oct. 5 — Mars Day (blue & gold)
At the kickoff assembly on Friday, Oct. 5, the school’s Student Government will swear in its 2018-2019 school officers and students will also participate in a variety of games and other activities.
