Sixth Grade/New Student Transition Program


Each spring, Mars Area Middle School offers a Transition Program for current Mars Area Centennial School sixth-graders to aid them in making the transition to seventh grade at Mars Area Middle School at the start of the upcoming school year. The program includes a presentation by the School Counselor and School Nurse as well as a tour of the school, led by Eighth Grade mentors.

Schedule Request Forms


The following Schedule Request Forms outline the classes for students entering Seventh and Eighth Grade. Each student is required to complete the appropriated form, which must also be signed by a parent/guardian. This is used to create their schedule. The date by which each form must be turned in as well as the procedures for submitting the form are listed at the bottom of each form.

School Supplies


As complete list of  School Supplies is available by clicking on the appropriate link in the right-hand column of this page. Please note that each subject asks that students have a color-coded folder to assist with organization; however, students are not required to have the assigned subject colors. Regardless, students are asked to have all of the listed materials. Students will be informed of any additional supplies that may be needed on the first day of school.
