In tribute to Veterans Day (Thursday, Nov. 11) and those, who have serve their country in the U.S. Armed Forces, Mars Area Middle School’s Spirit Club has installed a Veterans Day Honor Wall.

In late October, the club asked seventh- and eighth-grade students to share information (name, military branch, dates of service) about any of their family members, who have served in the armed forces, both at home and abroad. The information, along with photos, are incorporated into the Honor Wall display near the school’s main entrance.
