Mars Area Middle School students celebrated National Library Week (April 4-8) by participating in theme days as well as a variety of games and other activities.

Those students, who completed activities, such as word searches, crossword puzzles, word scrambles, an M&M’s guessing game, and a Dewey Decimal activity, were eligible to win prizes from Chick-fil-A, Dibella’s, McDonald’s, Starbucks, Valencia Donut and Eat ‘n Park.

Eighth-graders Preston Heynes and Addison Pangonis and seventh-grader Emma Ladesic and Luke Reinhart were selected as Grand Prize winners, each receiving passes to Mars Bethel Golf or Fun Fore All.
