Mars Area Middle School seventh-grader Teagan Thomas competed in the 2024 PAJW Youth Wrestling Championships, held March 23-24 at the University of Pittsburgh’s Petersen Events Center.

Thomas advanced to the quarterfinal round and placed eighth in the 135-pound weight class of the 12U Boys competition.
