The team of eighth-grader Preston Musser and Jackson Ulonska and seventh-graders Katherine Kazanov and Aarya Raut placed fourth overall and advanced to the Pennsylvania State MathCounts Competition, held March 23 in Harrisburg, Pa.
Seventh-grader Aarya Raut and eighth-grader Jackson Ulonska earned second and first place overall, respectively, at the regional event. Other participating students included eighth-grader Mahin Ugle and seventh-graders Blake Brewer and Rhythm Srivastava.
