The following schedule will be implemented to schedule Eighth Grade students for Mars Area High School for the 2026-2027 School Year:

EIGHTH GRADE SCHEDULING PRESENTATIONS

Wednesday, Jan. 28 —  Eighth Grade Science (Periods 1-4)
Thursday, Jan. 29 — Eighth Grade Science (Periods 5-9)

• Eighth Grade Science teachers will escort students to the LGI each period
• The high school guidance counselor will present programming and course offerings

Wednesday, Feb. 4 — Eighth Grade JROTC Presentation

• Eighth Grade Social Studies teachers will escort students to the LGI each period
• JROTC instructors and cadets will present JROTC programming and course offerings

Wednesday, Feb. 11 — Eighth Grade Parent Schedule Presentation

• This evening program will be held at 6 p.m. at Mars Area High School
• The high school will send a parent invitation letter to all Eighth Grade parents/guardians

Tuesday thru Friday, Feb. 17-20 — Eighth Grade Individual Scheduling Meetings

• The High School guidance counselor will meet with every student for a 5-10 minute scheduling meeting
• Students will receive a pass to attend these meetings
