Last evening (Monday, Feb. 6), Mars Area School District was made aware of a Mars Area Middle School student’s e-mail, text messages and/or social media post that raised some concerns regarding school safety. 

The District immediately contacted Adams Township Police Department, which has completed its investigated into this matter. Please note that at no time was there any threat to students and staff and/or to a District school. As per District policy, the District’s administration will be following up with the appropriate disciplinary actions.
