Mars Area Middle School Student Council held its sixth annual Water Balloon Toss Tournament on May 7.

Seventh- and eighth-graders could pay to sign up for the tournament, with proceeds benefiting future Student Council projects and events.

Overall winners were the teams of eighth-graders Ally Franck and Brooklynn Mincin, who took first place; seventh-graders Tyler Arnold and James Walther, second place; and eighth-graders Luke Kelly and Blake Muehlfeld, third place. All winning teams received a prize.
