It has been an Eighth-Grade tradition at the Mars Area Middle School to celebrate the students’ final year at this level with a trip to Cedar Point. This trip will take place on Thursday, May 21.

Although this wonderful experience is still months away, we need to prepare now to take advantage of the discounts available. The total cost of the trip will be $99.44 per student, which includes the discounted student ticket and transportation on a coach bus.

The permission/registration form (link below) must be completed, along with a check for $99.44 made out to the Mars Area Middle School. The form and check will need to be returned to your child’s homeroom teacher by Wednesday, April 15.

When we get closer to the Cedar Point trip, additional information will be given to the students and parents. If there is a need for special payment arrangements, or you have any questions regarding this activity, please call Mr. Kolson, Mrs. Stavish or Mrs. Winter at the Mars Area Middle School at 724-625-3145.

Additionally, we will accept financial donations to make sure that every student who wants to attend is able to do so.
