Mars Area School District’s 2024 Spring Sports Season begins on Monday, March 4.
All student-athletes, who are interested in participating in a winter sport, are encouraged to contact the appropriate coach for information regarding possible tryouts, pre-season meetings, etc. Contact information is as follows:

All students participating in a sport must register online at www.FamilyID.com; submit a signed “Drug Testing Consent Form” in accordance with District Policy 227.1 Random Drug Testing; and undergo one comprehensive physical examination per year. (Note: Completed physical forms must be dated after June 1, 2023, and must be scanned and uploaded directly to Family ID. No paper copies of physical forms will be accepted.)
Mars Area School District charges a $100 Athletic Participation Fee per student per sport. Online payments are accepted via Family ID.(PayPal or credit card) or by check, made payable to “Mars Area School District.” Checks may be turned in to the Main Office at the student’s individual building.
